Homelessness & Affordable Housing

Since 2017, Gulf Coast has supported recommendations and goals for a crisis response system aimed at effectively addressing homelessness. In 2018 we invested in a blueprint to support a public-private plan to mitigate this growing crisis and take those recommendations into action. Today, as part of the Sarasota County Affordable Housing Advisory Committee (AHAC) we are able to support implementation of the AHAC recommendations to increase opportunities for affordable housing in our region.

Veteran's Housing

Gulf Coast Regional Scans have continually identified a critical need for affordable housing. For the past two year's together with our Board and generous donors, we have been working toward a solution.
