Help Your Nonprofit Thrive with "Pathways for Excellence"

Have you ever wondered why some nonprofit organizations grow and flourish while others stagnate or fade into the background?

Gulf Coast Community Foundation offers a two-part workshop series geared toward helping emerging organizations understand the answers to that question and ensure they remain in the first category.

Join us for Pathways to Excellence and discover how small changes can have a big impact on your organization. The two-part series is scheduled for April 5 and 12, from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., at our Gulf Coast Philanthropy Center in Sarasota. Registration is $50, which includes breakfast and lunch both days.

Over the workshop’s two days, participants will learn techniques to help build an engaged board, develop a fundraising plan that supports growth, expand their organization’s value to donors, and much more. Registration is required by April 3.

Pathways to Excellence is presented through Gulf Coast’s Invest in Incredible initiative, which provides resources, training, and consulting to help regional nonprofits improve their operational effectiveness and board governance. The series will be led by Invest in Incredible consultants Betsy Steiner, James Rollo, and Neil Comber.
