Applications Now Open for 2025 Gulf Coast Leadership Institute

We are pleased to announce that applications for our highly anticipated 2025 Gulf Coast Leadership Institute are now open. Gulf Coast Leadership Institute is designed to grow a network of skilled, action-oriented leaders who are committed to using their leadership skills to help transform their communities through service. For the 2025 class, up to 25 people will be selected to participate in leadership development sessions over a two-month period beginning in May at our Sarasota Philanthropy Center, 1549 State Street, Sarasota. Applications will close on Tuesday, April 22. The online application, statement of commitment, and overview for the program are available at GulfCoastCF.org/GCLI.

Led by faculty of the internationally acclaimed Leadership Development Institute at Eckerd College, the institute will provide leadership skills and resources necessary to positively influence the region. Class members will take part in in-person, experiential small and large group activities that prepare them to become knowledgeable, skilled, and action-oriented leaders in their community. 

Gulf Coast Community Foundation encourages individuals to apply for the unique Gulf Coast Leadership Institute which is provided at no cost to participants. This immersive program will connect and engage aspiring, emerging, and experienced community leaders from the Gulf Coast region in key leadership development practices. To date, over 400 participants have participated in Gulf Coast Leadership Institute.
