Debbie Craig is a Human Resource consultant, leader, facilitator, and educator with over 30 years of HR experience in areas such as workforce planning, training & development, recruitment, employee relations, compensation, policy development, and culture & engagement. Debbie has worked for national and international employers in industries such as healthcare technology, legal information, forensic accounting, and full-service HR outsourcing.
In 2022 Debbie retired from corporate roles and now focuses on the non-profit sector. She is currently on the Board of Directors for The Loveland Center, serving on the Governance Committee. While in Denver, CO she served on the Board of Directors for The Executive Women's Summit (EWS) where she co-created the EWS University leadership program. She also served on the Board of Directors for RMPS (Rocky Mountain HR People & Strategy) and was a Vistage Key Executive program member. Debbie holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and her certifications include SPHR, SHRM-SCP, and MBTI.
In 2017, Debbie and her husband relocated back to Florida where they spend their free time with family, and friends, boating, and enjoying the Florida lifestyle!
Whitney Crettol is a senior strategist and board governance consultant who has dedicated both her career and volunteer efforts to organizations that serve the common good. With nearly three decades of experience, Whitney has helped dozens of nonprofit and public agencies take their governance capacity, connection to the community, and mission impact to the next level.
Prior to the launch of her consulting practice in 2001, Whitney drew attention as an effective change agent through a career in nonprofit administration & planning, as a director and officer on numerous boards, and as a public library commissioner. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and earned a Master’s degree in Public Affairs & Planning from the University’s distinguished Humphrey School. Prior to starting her consulting practice, Wendy served as chief of staff and corporate secretary at Gulf Coast Community Foundation from 2002 to 2016 and as the foundation’s chief operating officer and corporate secretary from 2016 to 2018. Most recently, she held the role of chief operating officer and corporate secretary at Marie Selby Botanical Gardens from 2018 to 2023.
In those positions, she managed operations and human resources functions during times of growth for both organizations. She was a trusted advisor to the organizations’ CEOs and board members and ensured commitment to governance best practices. She has been involved in the planning and executing of strategic plans, board retreats, and accreditations, as well as a nonprofit merger while at Selby Gardens.
Wendy earned an MBA from George Mason University and a BA in Accounting from Furman University. She earned a Certificate in Governance Consulting from BoardSource in 2017 and certificates in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace and Inclusive and Ethical Leadership from the University of South Florida in 2021.
In 2019, she was named a Prominent Patriot by George Mason University School of Business and, in 2017, received the Women’s Resource Center’s Wonder Woman Award in recognition of her dedication to strengthening the governance of nonprofit organizations.

Nathalie Dewolf has over 20 years experience in business operations and management consultancy. Having been a consultant to both non-profit and for-profit organizations for a number of years, Nathalie now focuses her extensive skills primarily on assisting clients in the non-profit arena. As such, she is a Senior Consultant and Chief Operating Officer for Colt Capital Consulting LLC. Her areas of expertise include strategic and business planning, operations, resource optimization, strategic marketing and market research, business analysis, and financing.
Nathalie moved to Florida from Washington D.C. just over seven years ago. Locally, a notable part of her non-profit work in the Tampa Bay area has been with the Gulf Coast Community Foundation, focusing on building capacity in local non-profit organizations and convening agency efforts for Gulf Coast’s Homeless families initiative.
In earlier years Nathalie has had experience as CEO of organizations in both design and technology, namely Swivel Secure Inc and Blore Hall, as well as her own design company, Nathalie deWolf Designs, where she created successful brand and market development strategies.
Prior to that, she was Senior Manager at MCI in their Strategy and Business Planning Division where she advised on existing operational divisions, and new venture opportunities. She previously served on the board of Prevent Child Abuse in Washington D.C. and currently serves on the board of Beyond the Spectrum, a center for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, here in Sarasota.
Laurie Huebner joined Gulf Coast Community Foundation as an Invest In Incredible Consultant in April of 2015. Since then, she has also expanded her human resource consulting business to serve both non-profit and for profit organizations.

Cynthia Ayris Kemp is a management consultant with experience helping public and private sector organizations achieve their goals for over 25 years.
