Gulf Coast's Capacity Building Workshops provide training on a variety of topics that help build both individual and organizational strength.

Through Invest In Incredible, Gulf Coast offers programming to help our nonprofit partners, and those who serve them (both paid staff and volunteers), go from being good at what they do to being incredible. 

On a regular basis, Gulf Coast hosts workshops that are designed for both nonprofit staff and board members. Topics include building board skills, effective communications, understanding your organization’s finances, leveraging social media, strategic planning, and more.
