Grant Review Rating Sheet
The attached form is used by Foundation volunteers when evaluating grant applications for the Foundation. Community volunteers join Foundation Board and staff members on site visits to nonprofit organizations that have applied for a grant. The volunteers then convene as a committee to evaluate grant applications and make funding recommendations to the Foundation's Board.
